★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need so careful !!!! I went there For my iPhone screen replacement. After open my phone he riped cable of the home button. That’s work perfectly before I gave him for replace just broken glass. Not enough technical.Do we need to pay for his practice skills ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute rip off this guy either has no idea what he’s doing with phones or simply just likes to rip people off. Went in for a simple screen replacement and ended up getting given back a phone that no longer connected to any service provider. This was also after about 3 or 4 attempts to change the screen due to lines being present afterwards. Basically brought in an iPhone and was handed back an iPod refused to take any responsibility or give any kind of refund. Disgusting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Guy is a complete waste of time. Utterly pointless. I asked for a replacement battery on a Samsung S8, said he got the wrong battery, ordered another 1 and would get back to me. Doesn't return calls, doesn't return texts or Facebook messages doesn't want any work, doesn't want your money, so i had to order a replacement battery off TradeMe & did it myself. Don't even bother calling this guy because he can't be bothered, oh & apparently it also looks like he doesn't have a clue what he's doing in the 1st place according to the other reviews, I suggest reading the other reviews 1st before considering using him. Also he does not seem to have a review section on his Facebook page that i could find anyway, so what does that tell you? :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute ripoff this guy, went to fix my s8 slow charging problem ,he said i need a new cable and charger, so i bought a new cable from him and charger from noel leeming, still didn't work, so i tried cleaning charging port and everything was fine, no idea about wat he is doing, and also refusing to refund my money. So he made me buy cable and charger worth $55 which I never needed in first place.

The gentleman who works in this shop is simply a WONDERFUL MAN !
As it happened, I had got a minor problem with my Samsung smartphone. Something had gone haywire with the phone's speaker.
So, the gentleman on-duty helped me fix the malfunctioning speaker.
And he did it FOR FREE.
To me, THAT is pure class, just like an awesome deed performed by a superhero. TERRIFIC !
Here I gave my 5-star rating, with my heart full of gratitude and admiration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve never felt compelled to write a google review until dealing with the Tech ‘doctor’. I wish a had read the other reviews before sending my IPad for a screen repair. My screen had a crack running diagonally from the top to bottom. The home button still worked as did the finger print ID. When I picked up my IPad the new screen had not adhered properly and the home button was loose and finger ID not working.I left with Tech D. to fix again. During a 9 week period my phone calls were ignored as were messages on the FB app. I was eventually told that another party had to fix the home button. It took a phone call from my husband for Tech Dr to admit that the home button was unfixable. My husband went to pick up the Ipad and was astounded to find that the screen was still unstuck and the home button loose. We left our device with the ‘Dr” for a total of 11 weeks and now have an expensive device which doesn’t work properly. Hubby asked for a refund which was refused and for a letter to be written for us to claim on insurance which I am doubting very much we will receive. Totally unprofessional service, terrible attitude and gaslighting (tried to tell me that the home button didn’t work when I first delivered it for screen replacement)
