★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared with other Noel Leeming stores, the staff are quite thinly spread here and I guess have to deal with quite a lot, thus can be quite grumpy. Other than that a fairly good store but again not as well stocked as others maybe due to the limited size.

With their thorough electronic receipts linked to customer phone numbers, their hotlines to suppliers and their thoughtful well trained staff, they had me sorted in 2 minutes with no complications.
Some stuff might be available cheaper elsewhere, but the excellent service at Noel Leeming makes it worth paying a wee bit more for peace of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer experience I've had for awhile. Our dishwasher broke at the start of December last year. It took 1 and 1/2 months to get it back, for it to only break again after a single day of use (With the same issue). At this point we requested a refund because we didn't have faith in the repair work being carried out, and didn't want to wait another extended period of time to get our dishwasher fixed AGAIN. We were told that it was not possible, despite our protests. It has now been nearly 1 and 1/2 months again and we still don't have it back.
Would not recommend.

My order took a bit longer than expected and had to change colour (no biggie) but the box that my phone came in was damaged. It looked like it had been squashed and dropped a few times. The phone inside seems to be fine though.
