I came through road works yesterday and picked up a small stone inside the wheel, the noise was embarrassing after coming off the motorway, I drove straight to TW and the tyre was off, stone out in a matter of minutes....no charge - thanks guys
They have given cars I was thinking of buying a thorough going over for me too.
I have had my vehicles serviced there for a few years, since they helped my son get his car started at his work after it had broken down, they drove off before he could even offer any payment.
After yesterday though I wanted to put this feed back up, absolutely trust them servicing my car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had car towed to garage Sunday night. Peter and team were straight on to the issue. Diagnosed, quoted and all sorted by Tuesday mid afternoon.
They kept me informed all the way through the process. 100% happy with service (job was around $1200).
This is the first time i have used Tetley Wheaton Automotive. Def. recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the service, but disappointed with having to pay $15.00 for the courtesy car. ( I should have been told when I called them to book in my car in for servicing that there was a charge I would have changed my mind about having it serviced there), plus $10.00 for petrol as the notice on the dash board said "Please fill with petrol" I had to get to work in Parnell and back. I was happy for someone to drop me off and pick me up with my own car. I have never had to paid for a courtesy car before and all my workmates were rather surprised too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Couldn't ask for a better service. Great advice and they kept me informed of issues and pricing all the way through, from servicing the Suzuki Jimny to replacing the clutch for the VW Caddy .
The pricing was fair and reasonable.
As a Tradesman requiring the vehicle urgently they fitted it into their programme and I was back on the road ASAP
They even checked out our Prado and fixed the oil leak at no charge and then returned it to our home !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service here, was driving around asking mechanics to look at my wof sheet to give me an indication on how much i could be looking at having to pay, Peter took time out of his day to take me through my wof sheet and how much I could be having to pay, then a few days later they were able to fit my car in get all repairs done even though my car might have been abit challenging but the team here got it done and got my wof sorted, they also lended me a curtesy car for the weekend! - Getting my car fixed here was good and stress free, Will definitely be back! Thank you Tetley and Wheaton
