★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be my family's weekend stop over, but not anymore since golden apple opened. Layout is a mess and the meat are not fresh. We only come here when we can't get something from the golden apple. For the same stock item, their price is higher too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petty tyrants. Force to wear a mask for kids under 5. Stupid management. You have lost loyal customers. For your information - Only customers aged 12 years or older are required to wear face coverings. I'll complain about your store to customers protection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to tell you about a true and accurate review of my visit to Thai Heng yesterday 21/12/2021. I have a legitimate medical exemption from wearing a face covering into stores due to a serious medical condition...which was triggered by events yesterday. I wear this exemption clearly around my neck when going into stores. The manager saw my exemption as I shopped in his store yesterday while he was serving on the till at around 3 pm. I finished my purchase and then he said ''Don't come back to this store again without a mask.'' I told him I have an exemption and am unable to wear a mask, hence my exemption, which IS LEGITIMATE from the MOH website. An argument ensued about what is discrimination and I offered to call the police for clarification. I did call the police and the manager now has clarity that what he did is called discrimination. We are at a critical point in humanity, and I advise anyone who reads this to remember to be on the right side of history. We all need to treat each other better. The manager of this store did not do well and HE KNOWS IT. I had been a customer for over 10 years and yesterday I felt like a non person...and this guy said that to me. To protect HIS customers, I cannot enter. Suddenly I am not a customer anymore? I cried and cried on the way home and all night about this...that is why I am writing this review, to let go and Let God fix this. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They french the meat very nicely! There meat is so delicious and there Fruit and Vege are the best price! They have a variety of fruits and vegetables. Definitely recommended place to everyone, especially for those who are looking for cheap products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shelves are poorly stacked in the mornings and the shopping list is never completed. This means you have to go to another vege shop for unavailable items as basic as red onions, coriander, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy place, some staff are kind, some are downright rude (ladies). You get the feeling they don't want you there, I suppose that could be mutual. But everything is fairly priced, and meat is pretty good. Pity you only get wat you pay for, a smile or kind word might cost. Why not have a tip jar, for the nice employees... and etiquette classes for the other?
