★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so food is highly overpriced, it's very basic and not everything in the menu was there lol almost half the menu they weren't event making which was very disappointing. The lamb rolls are very yum and probably the best thing on the menu. The Naan is also delicious. Tandoori was cold and dry, felt like it was left out for a few days. Chicken Masala was average tbh. Pizzas weren't bad. Squid rings were awful and way overpriced, looked like the frozen ones just popped into frying oil. The shisha is definitely the best part, best quality shisha we've had. Would be so much better if the food was good but next time I'm eating somewhere else before coming for shisha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I purchased my shisha I wasnt told the shisha was out of stock and 10 minutes later the staff informed me that they were closing and my shisha still hadnt arrived.
Furthermore, when we asked the staff that we had already ordered a shisha they started running around to figure out where it was only to come back informing me the flavour was out of stock.
The lady serving us was kind enough to sort out a refund on the non-recieved shisha.
Additionally, the waitress was in such a hurry to close down the store that she started taking our drinks that we hadn't finished yet while there was still 10 minutes left to close.
Lastly, a few minutes before closing they were moving tables and stools really loudly which sent a message to customers that they had to leave immediately. A minute before them wanting to close, the tall waitress came and stood with arms crossed staring at us and as soon as it turned 11pm she grabbed the shisha and took it away as our friend was still puffing.
In comparison, the table next to us was allowed to finish their drinks and their shisha. The excuse we were given was the MANAGER had a date and that's why they had to close down ASAP.
In conclusion, this experience was horrible and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
P.S. the 1 star is for the waitress that sorted out the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, food was amazing and great layout of restaurant....good indoor/outdoor flow, would deff visit again. Would have been 5 stars if my chai was extra hot as asked for...turned up warm for me and i like my hot drinks super hot. Other than that minor issue all else was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here with my friends and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. We also found the pricing to be extremely reasonable given the area. I think Albert’s serves the best Shisha in Auckland. The cocktails were also tasty and well made. I will certainly visit this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Albert Cafe is the perfect getaway to relax on Fridays after a hectic long work week for Sheesha and Food Lovers.. The vibes of this place is class apart.. Music Ambience Food Service all 5 stars to this heaven set in suburb.. Away from City traffic.. Our must have in this place is Makke ki Roti Sarson Ka Saag.. Kadhai Paneer.. Chilli Chicken.. Apparently the best Indian food in Auckland.. Perfect example of quality over quantity in the Menu.. Big shout out to the chef n friendly service staff.. Kudos for creating an awesome place close to home..
