I came here two times, just for the croissants.

β β β β β The interior design feature here has got my attention firstly .
The old pieces plus new stuff works well.
The tile paved on entrance floor and also some on kitchen wall,The kitchen shelve, the old bench desk second hand cabinetry, the old wood fire frame and the new concrete curve wall etc, all match comfortably well.
I like sitting here for eating embraced by such nice atmosphere

β β β β β Wonderful cafe! I spent only 4 days in Nelson and managed to visit The Baker's Coffee Shop 3 times, their pastries are irresistable and staff are friendly. Lucky I don't live nearby or I'd be binging their pastries every day :D

β β β β β Not being much of a coffe drinker I canβt comment on this but the bread and cakes are wonderful here. Be in quick though as they sell out fast. Worth getting up early to bag a few warm almond croissants and share them with friends they will be ever thankful . A small tucked away gem under the radiology department in Collingwood street.

β β β β β Though $6+ is not cheap for a croissant (in my opinion), the almond croissant is so delicious. My satisfaction was worth more than the price. I suppose the price is comparable to other similar bakeries.

β β β β β This hidden away cafe is worth the effort to find. Not visible from the street it is on ground floor of a Radiology business. only a small sandwich sign outside.We arrived 10am on a Monday and I was a lil disappointed at the small selection of cabinet food available... particularly after the reviews I had read..... But the chocolate and date pastry was delish. The decor style is just a pleasure to the eye and service was both polite and prompt.
