★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here today and had looked on their website saw a brow threading/waxing was $10 and a tint was $12. I got there and asked for a tidy up (figure that included having them shaped) went to pay and the lady said it was $27 I asked how that is when even on the wall was $10 for threading and $12 for waxing, she said shape was $15 - every place you go to never has a different price for brow threading/ waxing then shaping. The lady then said no I asked you and I mentioned the price was never explained the price difference at all this should of been mentioned before I sat down. They argued that I should of checked the price, maybe I should of but have never had this difference before!
I then paid and she said she did not have enough change and asked me to pay card I said unfortunately I didn’t have my card on me and she said oh I don’t have change you’ll need to pay with card, once again I said I didn’t have it on me. The lady then went to get change and I waited about 10mins before she came back!
I wouldn’t recommend coming here due to the bad service I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE. Went in today and specifically ask the lady to take very little off my eyebrows and keep them thick. She butchered my eyebrows and when I asked who the owner of the shop was she avoided telling me!!! She said she would tinted them to make them thicker but I did not trust her to even tint them after what she did to me!! ITS VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THIS LADY IS TRAINED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENTIONS HERE, I'm not one to write a harsh review but I got sent to this place because Professionail was too busy and couldn't do eyelash extentions, so they sent me to this place and I walked out crying. The asain lady was very rough and at one point while cutting my lashes made me flinch from the pain. I asked for a natural set but I got wispy Russian lashes that looked terrible, I even had to go back and make her cut them shorter (big mistake). waste of $70, she said she has had over 9 years experience (total lie)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend. This was my second time here. I had my brows shaped, waxed, threaded and tinted by the lovely lady who only works Fridays and weekends. Thank you for the fantastic service and for making my brows look beautiful. So happy with them.

I went in and asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up slightly, and specifically asked for her not to change the shape or make it thin. The lady made my eyebrows so thin and took off so much, the shape doesn't even look nice. Honestly I shouldn't be surprised judging by how thin her eyebrows were. When I saw myself, I told her she had made them way to thin, she proceeded to tell me that it looks better like this. The audacity, I know my face the best and I did not ask for this. I came out and cried. Please be careful when getting services done here. Will not be going back.

I had called up and booked an appointment specifically telling staff that I was coming on my lunch break and needed the full hour to do my eyelash extensions.
Upon them agreeing I booked my appointment, I was on time however staff was busy with another customer. Half and hour later she started doing my extensions stating she can do in time, I told her not to rush and that we had time.
She did the lashes and already they started coming out and sticking together, I told staff and she said that’s normal. Which it isn’t since I’ve had my lashes done before !!!
I can home and showered making sure water doesn’t get to them and following aftercare. Sure enough most of my right eyes lashes fell of instantly.
Terrible service and bad quality products would never recommend to anyone !!
