★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually have mani and pedi done every three weeks by korean nails bar on high street in the last 4 years. Saw facebook ads of this place so wanted to give it a try. This is my honest reviews. For those who rarely go to nails bar you might think this is the best place. Absolutely horrible experience for me. Poor quality massage chair, rather annoyed than comfy. Staffs were very unprofessional. Complained about her visa is expiring and that she was so stressed today (4th March). Paid $150 for combo including removal which was fine until I found that they do not know how to do nails! They never used cuticle gel prior cutting. Filing was awfully uncomfortable and not enough. They used cold water soaking my hands. Both staffs did my nails at once and both were talking loudly in their language while I was trying to have my own time away from kids. Pedi was also bad. She scrubbed my legs as she had no energy/power left but at least she said sorry that she felt stress about her visa. No massage at finishing just drops of cuticle oil without even rubbing them on nails. So I had to use their towel to wipe it off as it was too much oil dripping. This is a nice place but to the owner - you need to train your staffs much much better before letting them run your business. All the best though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this salon as my usual place wasn’t able to accomodate me without an appointment. Beautiful environment, very clean and professional and I was really happy with the results. I was even given a cup of green tea and I didn’t feel the service was rushed. I will go back to Sculpt for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience. Unpleasant staff who give abrupt answers to questions (at least whoever served me). Zero attention to details. The lady doing my manicure did everything really fast without making sure each nail is done properly, applied gel over nails some of which weren’t done properly and therefore gel looks bumpy on some nails. She didn’t ensure glitter was applied evenly either (the top of the nails has white spot where glitter wasn’t properly applied.)She also applied gel far from a cuticle and overall the skin around the nails haven’t been tidied up properly. When asked to assist and recommend on which nails to apply glitter (2 out of 5 nails) she couldn’t recommend anything and all she said was whatever fingers you want. For something you represent as luxury salon, your staff just lacks the skills and I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone. Your place is just another one of those around that do average service for cheap, only you charge a lot for a similar average service. People should do themselves a fair and go somewhere staff actually cares about their customers, is friendly and experienced. Shame we also went on public holiday and paid public holiday surcharge as well..
