★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been getting eyelashes done for years over 2-3 different locations including one another in Pukekohe but this definitely the most horrible experience of all. Very rude lady named Tamara, kind of quite organised before the appointment but totally change of face when you actually met her. Had no idea what she was doing when she was taking off residual eyelashes and lots of pulling which will damage the natural lashes and of course cause pains to me too. The product/glue removal she used was hurting my eyes and there is no normal process to prevent that happening instead she complained about the waste of time doing removal, which is normal if you are paying for a full set instead of just a refill. At the end she was so stressed herself basically yelling saying there would be no time to finish before her next appointment! What!! You are one said yes to the booking! Very unprofessional. The quality - of course Bad, just like the lady said previously, the way she works on people's eyes, it is a time bomb, one day some badluck girl will get hurt. Surely the conditions of her garage studio is a risk for all kinds of customers for the line of work she does.
Wish the review will prevent that happening to anyone. Somebody needs to shut her down or check up before bad things happens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Tamara's Pukekohe Salon (must have been relocated) and got my lashes done. Used far too much glue and stuck my lashes to the eye pad, so when she tried to take them off it was very painful. The lashes wound up being all over the show, and to top it off I still paid her the full price, and after I sent her a text about it all, she did not reply which I would consider to be bad business. No apology or offer of my money back. She even said herself at the end of the treatment that she had never done them that bad before, so I would not recommend. Had to get them fixed by another beautician who said Tamara's excuses of my eyelashes "growing in strange directions" was not true.
