★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a pair of Tweezermans (they are unparalleled in every way compared to what you find even at upscale pharmacies) and emailed to ask when they’d be back in stock. Someone reached out to me almost immediately to give me a time frame, and then emailed me again to let me know when they officially came in. I was able to order them right away and they offer free overnight shipping within NZ, so I got them within 16 hours of ordering! (Be forewarned that you cannot go to this store in-person; just order online and have it shipped to you.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great costumer service! The hair colour I bought went out of stock, so they gave me the option to change to another colour, or to other products of their store, or to get a full refund. I ended up asking to change to another product that costs more and I would pay the difference, but they replied immediately saying they would send it on next day courier at no extra cost. Very happy with their responsiveness and care.

The product I ordered arrived extremely fast, unfortunately though I had an adverse reaction to it which was obviously not their fault, I just happened to be the rare few this particular product didn't work out for. When I reached out to them about this my email got caught in their spam filter so there was a slight delay but after that my correspondence with them was highly efficient. They simply asked me to fill out a form and send back the product and upon receipt of the product they processed a full refund. Would definitely come back here to purchase other products due to their impeccable service.
