โ โ โ โ โ It's a quiet little pub that we will always stop over when driving past .You will be met at the gate by a very over friendly dog . 1 bottle of wine and 2 main courses for less than $100 is pritty dam good in today's world . Host , Mark and Karen Lewis have been there for around 16years and have created a very relaxing outside area . There's accommodation available if required . Plenty of parking for large motorhomes . There's fresh water if needed for your motorhome .
We are staying just the one night and moving on our 12 mths journey around NZ. Well done Karen and Lewis most enjoyable .

โ โ โ โ โ I love this place it has just got an amazing charm about it. the owner is a hard case and the food is top notch and the beer is bloody good too. even got some flash ones on tap. the road to it on a nice day is just as good but when you see this place as you come around the corner it puts a smile on your dial. Because you know you are about to get some great food and in a great little spot.

โ โ โ โ โ Great country pub with good service. Plenty of space for the kids to run around while you enjoy a beer or two. Its a bit ou of the way is the only little gripe, but worth the stop if you are driving past.
