4 of us went in together and the place was quiet (about 8 people scattered around). 2 of us got our food then 25 minutes later the other 2 got theirs. When we asked why it took so long the staff member said it was our fault because we ordered separately (even though we had the same table number). She then sarcastically said enjoy your food and walked off. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a flight delay, so everyone rushed to The Coffee Club for food (being 1 of the only two shops around that sells food).
Perfectly fine with waiting longer for food giving the circumstance, but it was quite infuriating to see plenty of customers that ordered after us get their food in advance instead of us.
It was quite obvious that they messed up the orders - the waitresses had to walk to each table to ask what they ordered to distribute the food out. You’re in luck if you’re close to the counter!
Food came out stale and bland. After waiting for 1 hour and 20 mins (had to be exact, since the staff told me off for asking an update as I’ve only waited for 50 mins instead of an hour as I claimed. Wasn’t given a receipt btw, had to ask for one after 50 mins)
Probably the worse dining experience I’ve ever had.
