This is the best place in Auckland for anyone looking for a co-living set up. It is a good mix of long and short term stayers who come from all walks of life. The landlord (Ben) personally cultivates a very fun and welcoming environment for all. You will make a lot of great friends here as I have – I continue to visit from time to time after my 9 month stay and it always feels like returning to second home. The facilities are also well maintained, modern, and you will enjoy the benefits of living at scale on the wallet that co-living offers. Even better though is the social opportunities to meet new people and try new things any day of the week – I very much miss the Coh!

This is a wonderful home away from home with a diverse and interesting community of people. Centrally located, it's a convenient and safe base to explore Auckland from, or to come home to after a busy workday. The host, Ben, has put a lot of thought into creating a beautiful home for professionals and he goes over and above to maintain a good atmosphere. The Sunday roasts were my favourite part of the week and fostered such warm and nurturing feelings, whilst providing a chance to catch up with everyone. I made some amazing friends here and I go back to visit often.

Lovely modern place with everything you'd ever need in a place. It is centrally located and close to k road/city centre and great eateries in Eden Terrace. The community is second to none, and is a perfect place to meet people and make life long friends. Is great for those moving to Auckland as well as those who are already here. One of my favourite things is the 'family dinner' which is held every weekend which the owner puts on. Speaking of the owner, he is a lovely person and truly goes out of your way to help you and make you feel welcome✨

My Home away from Home. This is the third time I've moved back and I never regret it. Be as sociable or unsociable as you like, there is always something you can get involved with. The owners are lovely people who are always around to catch up with or quick to reply to communications. Thanks Guys!!!

Loved every minute of staying here! My partner and I lived at the Coh for about 6 months and made amazing, lifelong friends in the process. The location is amazing, we loved the short walk to k road and downtown Auckland. The living spaces were modern and clean, and we always felt at home. The owner Ben created such a great community here!

Cannot recommend the Coh enough! I got trapped in NZ when borders shut - obviously a very stressful experience being stuck with no home, no job and no end date - and then thrown into a long lockdown. Ben at the Coh was absolutely amazing and so supportive through the whole thing, and I really felt relaxed and like everything would be fine. It was such a hard time for the city but the Coh was a stress free place and kept up to date with covid safety as conditions changed. Ben even gave me a lift to warehouse to help me get things I needed as I was stuck without half of my belongings which were en route to Sydney instead. Rooms and communal areas are super clean and well maintained, building is well managed and everything very professional. The whole set up is just so easy - no stress renting, no fuss, very straightforward and transparent. There's even a rumpus room with TV for working from home/doing home workouts, work stations in corridors for working, a printer, and a movie room with projector! (And the most comfy seats ever). Community here is amazing - I made some life long friends and had so much fun. Very social environment and a great way to meet people if you're new to Auckland. Great location for going out in the CBD too! Ben provided a Sunday roast every week for everyone to have a free meal together, which is just so incredibly thoughtful aswell. Overall, I feel really lucky to have found a room here, especially at the time I did. I feel like things could have been very hard if I'd ended up anywhere else but luckily I was in a good location allowing me to get a job to tide me over through the lockdown, I felt safe from covid, I was in a clean and safe home and I was with the most amazing bunch of people I could have possibly asked to meet. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you Ben & Co(h) - you're amazing :)

Lived at The Coh for around 3 weeks when I first moved to Auckland and was the best decision ever!!! The facilities themselves are amazing, always kept clean and well maintained. I met so many amazing people thanks to the amazing environment at The Coh - couldn't recommend it more :)

I lived here for 15 months after returning to NZ after a good few years overseas. It was such a great introduction to Auckland - amazing location, views, people and landlord. I have made friends that I know will be for life. Co-living is awesome and the Coh is designed so well for sharing space. It's great that rent includes absolutely everything (even toilet paper and washing powder!) There's always someone around to cook or chat with, events to join, and fun to have. The rooms are small but functional, and it's really helpful to have the (very comfy) bed included so you literally can just move in. If you're new to Auckland/NZ I really recommend living here to get settled.
