Their pharmacy section has poor customer experience, and it is also quite confusing. Their pharmacists do not communicate well. I would not bother to come here as the money to save on prescription is typically just lower-value items.

I found this store out of all others very spacious. It's well organised and easy to find stuff. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Even during peak times you still have room to move around without stepping on anyone's toes. That's a big negative with the other stores. Prices are competitive as always. Bring on more stores I say!

I get all my prescription drugs from here. They have very good codeine melatonin and zopiclone to help me sleep while I have my neck pain from playing on my phone too much. Also I get my protein powder from here too cos they have great prices. But lately I been eating too much meat so need cut back on the powder a bit. Great place to shop! Great prices and watch for sales!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - I am very conscious of the pandemic so I try not to outside much but I had to buy stuff to be Covid-prepared. Along with many things I bought the Swisse High Strength Vitamin C + Zinc Powder in the Chemist Newmarket. Went home, wanted to try it out but realised it was already opened, the lock was already broken. I am not familiar with the product so it filling only half of the bottle and having no silver seal gave me extra doubts. I called up the store to ask to be sure, the guy on the phone said YES it must have been opened because there is supposed to be a gray seal and that I could just come back to the store tomorrow to have it refunded. I didn’t want to spend another day outside, exposed to Omicron for such a small thing so I decided to drive back and get it settled. I got there and told a staff about it. He was so obviously SKEPTICAL of what I was saying, his exact words being: “there is no way of proving that you didn’t open it”, “did you really call and talk to somebody” & “this is 150grams for sure, I have used it before” and even ask the other staff to back him up saying it is 150grams. He was totally missing my main point, which the person on the phone confirmed, IT WAS ALREADY OPENED. I was so embarrassed because his CONDESCENDING tone made me feel like I was just being stupid. But more than that, I was really annoyed that I had to come back to a store refusing to take action when they asked me to do so. I drove back for twenty minutes. It took me effort and time which the staff didn’t want to give me in return. After what felt like forever, he asked for my card for the refund, I asked him if I can just get an unopened product. Honestly why would I even try to get back $26?! I just want an uncontaminated vitamin c for my health. IS IT TOO MUCH TO ASK? I probably should have went Karen on him but it took so long and I was trying my best to shorten my visit and lessen the people I got in contact with. But for this he involved two other people. Call me a pandemic-paranoid but that makes even more annoyed. Maybe Newmarket team’s just had a long day, bless them, but for sure the impolite guy shouldn’t have treated me like that. Chemist Warehouse wins over price but fails in customer service, and for that they are not worth it. Not their loss but I will try to not shop there again.

Great range of products, nice size store. Good shopping experience. LITTLE customer service. Tried to get masks and got told they had * sold out*. Told I was * only allowed 1 box* of eye drops because of stock limits. Then asked several questions as to why I was buying 2 in the first place. THEN, the lady told me at the end * you've said $19 dollars today*, which was only fact because I wasn't allowed the second eye drop box. No real saving because I had to go find what I wanted elsewhere.

Ordered online and then had the whole order cancelled a week later because nothing was in stock, with no communication in between, or warnings about stock shortages at time of buying. Don't bother doing your covid kit shopping from here, they didn't even have tissues! Much better to just go to your local pharmacy and know what you're getting and when. As a major online retailer you'd expect them to be able to update their stock levels so people aren't placing orders for stock they don't have. Extremely frustrating.

Clean, prices cheaper than surrounding pharmacy, has security guard. Variety and items well stocked. Well staffed, open late on late nights. Located beside farmers in busy Westfield shopping mall.

A sweet young lady happily helped me pick out a perfume for myself. I was such a hassle wanting to smell so many different scents but the service I got from this lady was patient kind and made me feel so comfortable. Not only she was being very helpful; but she also engaged with me & I love having conversations while shopping. She is doing an amazing job; she should be acknowledged. Thanks a lot Ashleigh P ? I will definitely be back for more perfumes!! ??
