★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cottages are very spacious, beautifully designed and decorated. They are in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Hayes, close to both Arrowtown and Queenstown. I would recommend the cottages for a long weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to stay and relax. These cottages are beautifully designed and detailed with quality finishes and furnishings throughout.
Situated right on the edge of Lake Hayes, its hard to be this location when everything is so close by.
Thoroughly recommend this for couples or even a family as you have everything you need.
Looking forward to getting back to this magic post in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well equipped cottages with stunning outlook over looking Lake Hayes. Easy park up to the front door access to each cottage which has two king size bedrooms and spacious en-suites each, along with a full kitchen and lovely dining/sitting area. Perfect for two couples travelling or a family. Will def come back and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cottages are gorgeous, with stunning views over Lake Hayes and the loop trail around the lake on your door step was a real highlight! I had the best sleeps (beds SUPER comfy). The cottage was so cosy and warm in every room on a chilly winters night and the log burner creates a beautiful atmosphere. Interior and decor high end luxe - I will stay every time I visit Queenstown. 100% one of the best accommodations I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend the Cottages highly enough! We stayed and got ready for our wedding at the Hope and Hayes cottages. Justin and Kirsty were so helpful and accommodating with our additional requests and lots of people coming and going.
The Cottages are in a breathtaking spot, with beautiful views out to Lake Hayes. We loved the hot tub and the gorgeously warm fires. Every part of the cottages was tidy, modern and cozy. The bathrooms were large - perfect for getting ready for a wedding!
The location is also perfect, being close to Arrowtown and Frankton, with Queenstown, Gibbston and Cardrona also close by.
I can't wait to return for a lazy long weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cottages at Lake Hayes are a must stay. Absolutely beautiful inside and out with a real touch of luxury. There is ample space for two couples (the space is bigger than the photos portray). There are so many separate spaces to enjoy too if you want some time out. Nice and private. The window seat is such a stunning spot to sit and read a book or hang your feet out and look at the amazing scenery. We can not wait to come back and stay again. The personal touches left by the owners are a bonus. We had our baby with us and without requesting, they put up a port-a-cot, left a toy box, provided kid friendly cutlery and crockery. It was such a nice touch that we really appreciated. It is evident they go above and beyond for their guests. The cottage was extremely clean and well appointed. Close to Arrowtown/Lake Hayes Estate/Frankton. There is no AC but fans are provided. We stayed in the peak of summer heat and they were sufficient for keeping us cool in the evening. Highly recommend staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Cottages at Lake Hayes are such a hidden gem yet they are so close to Arrowtown and the center of Queenstown. Pictures do not do this place any justice, it is truly your own private oasis. We stayed in the Hope Suite and enjoyed every second of it. The views over Lake Hayes are stunning, beds are super comfy, kitchen is well equipped and the interior design is a true credit to Kirsty's artistic and sophisticated talent. As art lovers, we absolutely loved all the local art displayed throughout the cottage. The private spa was an absolute dream while looking out to the lake at sunset and sunrise.
If we could give The Cottages 100 stars we would... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK :)
