★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lacking a lot of basic amenities such as shampoo etc that you get in most hotels. We also had a staff member just open the door and walk in after only an hour of being in the room. The spa was BOILING, actually burnt my legs going in it and then the pool was ice cold. Very bad experience and would not visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well there was a mishap with our reservation but staff accomdated this and made us a good deal out of it.
Accommodation itself was nice and comfortable with awesome views.
Only piece I didnt like was the neighbouring complex can easily see into your area due to how close it all is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful apartments, brand new with top of the line appliances including heated towel racks and heated bathroom tiles. Spacious and clean, views are breathtaking from every room. Only downside was the room service was not very thorough as they left rubbish in the room and didn’t vacuum or wipe down counters etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were very nice and modern, stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment very spacious, some minor design flaws. Warm decent kitchenette aswell. Our room was roadside right outside the 24/7 bus stop very uncomfortable nights sleep both nights we stayed. There is also a constant droning noise during the night not sure what this was weather it was fans or gas? Beds are medium-firm and the rooms were very hot. We booked the perfect escape package. Spa facitilites were great. Failed to mention the walk to the spa was the only downfall.
Restaurant below average service. Overall was alright for what we spent but would definetly request a room change away from the road..... only 3 stars given would of been 5 had be had good nights sleeps and seen some smiles on peoples faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing stay at Park Residence. The room was beautiful and the river views from the penthouse are just stunning. It was great being able to take advantage of the restaurant and spa facilities at Nugget Point Hotel also. We highly recommend a stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the rooms! We loved our stay definitely will be back. 100% and recommend to our friends. Very happy with the staff, they’re welcoming and friendly. Also the restaurant is classy and 5 stars for the view it was beautiful. The rooms has everything you need they even have a coffee maker and a great fireplace and a balcony.
14 mins away from town but its not that far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was clean and nice enough, but road noise (on the second floor) was very loud. The heating controls were a bit confusing and the room was hot, even on a cold day. We could not open the windows to cool down at night due to the road noise. Otherwise, there were many facilities to use (though dated) and the gym had a great view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed at hotels around the world, but I don't think I've ever had the level of service I got from the Park Residence team.
I'm on a tighter budget (house-saving time!) and had a voucher for a fantastic deal. I've used these at places in the past, and while some establishments treat me the same as everyone else, others see people use those and put you in the worst room, ignore you, etc.
Nothing like that happened here. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and had our best interests in mind. I got a massage for my wife for her birthday and that involved some back in forth to get it set up and to have it be a surprise for her, and the Park Residence team made sure to make it happen.
Along with their unmatched services, this was also one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in and probably the best overall experience. The apartment was spacious, fully-stocked with a full kitchen, king bed in a separate bedroom, and had two bathrooms with heated floors and a TV in the bedroom and lounge. I never heard anyone else around me either.
The amenities are outstanding. Made-to-order breakfast was included and I knew that going into it, but I didn't know the squash court, spa area (minus massages and services), and the impressive movie room were complimentary too. In fact, they reserved that giant room just for me and the wife and then made us some popcorn and brought drinks for us too, all on the house!
Everyone we met at Park Residence went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and I can't wait to go back. It's located about 10 minutes outside of Queenstown where it's quiet, comfortable, and a beautiful area. I doubt you can find a better value anywhere in Queenstown.
