★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed staying here! Great apartment, plenty of room & everything we needed. Close to food venues & event centre where we were able to walk to the concert. Close to lakeside walks & even walked back to the airport instead of catching outrageously expensive taxis. Bus stop handy for Queenstown too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would put less than one but cant, room was not clean,heatpump wasn't working properly and the whole room was FREEZING cold as it was -5 outside tv upstairs wasn't working, phone didnt work. Was booked for 2 nites but had enough after 1. Wouldnt give us a refund but offered a different room which we did not want, customer service pretty much nonexistent, would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments facilities are awesome. The rooms are properly settled and organised. The kitchen, washrooms, hall, dinning are all clean.
They have all utensils available for cooking & also provides basic amenities like salt, millk, sugar, Coffee, drinking water, etc.
There is TV with all channels & also good couches for enjoying the day time. The location is superb , there are cafes, restaurants just 50 mr away and the stores and supermarkets are only 1 km away. The Airport is just 3 mins drive or 15 mins walk. (Away from the city hussle)
The only problem is that staff here is not helping at all, we have reached little earlier to our check-in time and they have not allowed us even to keep some bags on reception area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a bit disappointed in our stay here. First of all, I have to say the apartment was nice. It was clean, large enough and warm enough, but a few of our items in the room were broken or not functional.
The worst thing was that the toilet seat was almost complete broken off the toilet. Every time we sat on it, we slid around and almost fell off. I just think that's totally unacceptable and it needs to be fixed. What if an elderly person stays and they seriously injure themselves by falling off?
Our toaster was only halfway working. One side of the toaster had a large gap and the toast kept falling down into it and getting burnt and broken up. We couldn't figure out how to turn the oven on either, after pressing all the buttons and turning different knobs, it just kept blinking. The elements worked fine, though.
Our soap in our bathroom was filled with water. There was hardly any soap in the bottle at all. We also thought it was a bit weird that our beds were made when we left all our stuff and bags on them. I used to clean for motels and you are not supposed to make the beds if personal items are left on them.
The other disappointing factor was the wifi. It's not unlimited and gets used very fast. I think it's just a bit stingy considering most places will offer unlimited wifi.
We enjoyed having a washer and dryer, and the bath tub was spacious, but there were too many half broken/non functional stuff that made the stay a let down. I strongly suggest getting this stuff fixed and if you are unaware (which I doubt), urging your cleaners to tell you when something is broken in the room is vital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most awful service we have ever received while traveling. The apartment bathroom was absolutely disgusting where water would not drain out after someone would shower. The entire bathroom was literally filled with water at all time. We noticed this problem the first night and informed the front desk. They did absolutely nothing about it. We didn’t worry too much since we planned to spend most of our days out anyway. But after a long day filled with hikes and water activities, we came home looking forward to a warm shower which became a problem due to the lack of service provided by this establishment. To our surprise, they not only failed to clean our rooms, take care of the leak, but also failed to provide clean towels for the day. The front desk seemed to always be closed and no way for us to get in contact with them. On our third day in this horrendous place we finally got a hold of management to drop off towels in the morning. The best part about this horrid experience is the day that we checked out and one of the staff members had the audacity to accuse us of lying about never receiving towels, the clog in the bathroom, and much more. I was unable to get his name but he’s the tall Indian man that I read about in previous reviews being extremely rude. Do yourself a favor and book an Airbnb or another hotel instead. That was our biggest mistake during this trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have stayed here before and it was okay. This time it has deteriorated. The room stinks of curry. We sprayed perfume around before we left for dinner. Still stinking when we came back. TV in room doesn’t work. Oven is dirty. The place is run down. Covid19 has hit everyone but this is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, comfortable and close to airport. However, it should be advised that the bedroom was upstairs and the shower was over the bath. Not suitable for a person with a bad knee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment was realistically fine to stay in but had some issues which could have been easily fixed such as faulty light over the dinner table and cracks in the skirting boards. Concrete outside areas were lifeless and unappealing
