★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using Susan from The DogBox prior to her opening her dog salon. Her professionalism and service has always surpassed expectations as does her grooming. I have very high expectations and so does Coco. I had been through at least 5 supposed grooming services before we found Susan and Coco always looks forward to being spoilt!!! I would definitely recommend Susan to any owner wanting an Absolutely Fabulous groom for their dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After my previous dog groomer retired I was lucky enough to have Susan recommended to me. I have been going to the dog box now for about 5 years. Susan and her groomers are very loving and caring towards their doggy clients. I love that the dogs are not locked in cages as at other groomers.
Molly always comes out looking beautiful. I am extremely satisfied with Susan and her team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am only hoping that this review is not deleted like my previous review I wrote this week, after all a review is a review on our experience. Without going into too much detail, let me just say my gorgeous boy which is an Airedale that I had Groomed this week at the Dog Box. I have own two previous Airedales over the years that were groomed in the past, this has to be by far the worst groomer ever! Never ever again would I waste my $97 on a job not done well after discussing that I like him left long!!!! And yes Susan I will use the word shave as the photo clearly shows in detail the shave you made on his chest despite you saying he was scissored. This photo speaks volumes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susan is a great groomer. I've been going to the Dog Box for just over three years now and Casey comes out looking great every single time. Susan is lovely and cares for all of the dogs. She even worked late into the evening when I forgot I had an appointment just to groom Casey for me. She is an absolute star and works so hard! She's always having conversations with the dogs when I walk in to collect Casey. Wouldn't want to go to anyone else! x

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susan and her team have always done excellent grooming with my Riley. He has been going to her since he was a year old and now he is almost eight years old. She is excellent with her calm and friendly disposition and able to be flexible with our bookings and dropoff/pickups. Riley always come home looking like a handsome "sausage".....her term of endearment. I have and will recommend The Dog Box to all dog lovers:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team are brilliant. It doesn't matter who does my Flossy (Bichon Frise), she always looks amazing when I pick her up. Flossy is a nervous dog and they really know her so she never minds coming. Great work Team Dog Box!
