I reckon friendly folks can be the difference between a stuffy old grumpy tea room and a joyful and traditional tea room experience. Scones were so tasty. Freshly, lovingly baked each day not delivered and mass produced by loaf or wild wheat or wherever. Proper tea leaves, proper China tea cups, real clotted cream (could have been a bit thicker but I think it might have been the heat making it thinner), well made egg sandwiches. All for a very reasonable price. Decor was pretty too if a bit modern. Very reasonable prices. 2x sandwiches, 2x tea pots of tea, and 4 scones with cream and jam came to about $30~ which I think is very good for the quality of the place. Thanks so much Florentine !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had high tea for my birthday and food was tasty, especially the sliders. Even the simple ham sandwich was nice. Coffee was good too..Service was great, quite friendly. Was quite prompt in responding to my enquiry. Will definitely come back. And recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had high tea here last week and would definitely want to visit again, the food was really nice and good portions, we had to take away some as we couldn't finish it all. The stand out food was the mini burgers and the scones. The customer service was really great and nice environment especially sitting in the back courtyard. One of the best high teas I've had and the price is very good too. Definitely recommend this place if you haven't tried it yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous small tea room in Epsom. The interior is charming, the staff are friendly. We had the Christmas high tea; it was beautifully presented and tasted great. There was a good variety of sweet and savoury options in the high tea, and plenty of food (we had to take some leftovers home). For the price and the experience, it really is good value for something so special.
I'd love to come back and try some of the sweets in the cabinet at the front as well. There is a good range of sweet and savoury options in the cabinet and cooked options on the menu, and not everyone at your table has to have the high tea - my mum had a scone with jam & cream with a pot of tea.

Really friendly service, delicious food - beautifully displayed, portion was just right for my husband, toddler AND myself (so if there’s just the 2 of you, you’d probably have to take some away). My absolute favourite were the scones (made fresh in-house), I’d be happy eating those all day long. We sat in the little courtyard out the back and they also have a couple of tables out the front if you prefer an outdoor setting. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the high tea here. Need to book 24 hours in advance. Will definitely be visiting this secret gem again and more often.
