I ordered Garmin Fenix 7X Solar watch yesterday, and I expressed how much I needed it in Nelson by today for my husbands birthday. I ordered it at the very end of working day (no kidding it was exactly 5.22pm), so it seemed next to impossible to get it here in time.
Well by 9am it was at our door, right in time for the start of his day and his 40th birthday!!! He absolutely loves the watch and can't stop obsessing with it.
Needless to say I'm deeply grateful going this bending over backwards for a customer, a complete stranger! I honestly don't know how I could thank them enough.
Next time I want to buy something I'll make sure to turn to your site instead of looking elsewhere, just to try to send support their way! Wish more businesses operated this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve goes above and beyond to help. Best customer service for a long time. Ordered my expix 2 and was on courier same day. Unfortunately then got stuck iat the local depot for days due to dreaded "covid delays"Although not his issue Steve worked with the courier company to sort special delivery to make sure it arrived before Easter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, I ordered a Garmin belt clip. The next morning I saw they sell the Garmin Backpack Tether which would be better for me. I called first thing to change the order. Steve allowed me to cancel the clip and order the Tether. Then I decided to buy both the clip and tether. Steve made the purchase very easy. Great service guys!
