โ โ โ โ โ I had to have quite a solid ring cut off at the doctors. Had it repaired here and work is seemless. Cant tell where the cut was and looks brand new again after 15 years wear and tear. Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ Took my engagement ring in to be resized. As it was tension set, I knew it was more complicated than just resizing so asked if it was something he could do or should I take it back to the OM. He said he could do it. When I picked it up, he had, without discussion, added two bars to hold the diamond in, so it is no longer โtension setโ. He argued that this is what was required so he just did it and added it to the bill. I paid it, but Iโve now taken it back to the OM who rectified it. Would not recommend.

I went past a few jewellery shops before I walked into The GoldSmith Millwater. Very happy I found them, very professional and makes one feel at ease, left my jewellery with them without thinking twice as I felt content.
