Arrived at the shop at 9.55am and was asked if I had an apt. Said yes at 10. Took a seat.
As barbers finished with their clients they just stood around looking lost. At 10.25am when somebody finally approached me again I was told that my barber would be done soon. I had sat there for 30 minutes and watched this barber spend more time gossiping with his client than doing his hair. What made it worse was a guy that arrived 10 mins late for appointment at 10am was shown straight to a chair.
At this stage my patience had run thin!!
Not sure why you guys think you can waste my time like that. I’m sure the guy that was supposed to cut my hair knew he had an apt at 10am so why at 10.25am is telling me he won’t be long. Less yapping, more working.
I walked out of your store very disappointed as I have been to you guys a couple of times and been very happy with the service. Not today!!!

I was skeptical as they are all quite young barbers but no matter who has cut my sons hair they have done a fantastic job! My son loves getting treats at the end too. Goodfellow barbers is basically one of the best in Hamilton!

I booked a father/son package for my sons 10th bday, his dad was called away to work so I took the spot and got an undercut.
My sons cut was on form and he loves it, thanks guys that's the best cut he's had here in Hamilton and we've tried a few.
Clean, well set-up spot with an urban street vibe, bumping r&b on the speakers & a family friendly atmosphere.
Let's mention the complimentary drink with the package, and what timing that we caught Jaymuk in the house as my kids all follow him on insta & tiktok lol. Awesome birthday experience for my boy and I look forward to the nxt cut, thankyou all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, on 2 occasions. First I booked in for my son to only sit and wait for 45mins while walk ins were accepted. Then my husband went in for a walk in and they were still setting up and refused to take him even though they were running 20 mins late in there shop hours.
