G	Greg Allen-Baines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't give it even one star. The whole experience was so disappointing. Starting with the room, it was dirty and smelly, the fridge smelled as if there had been rotten fish in the freezer compartment. Black mould in the shower and the showerhead cradle broken. Fantastic view off the deck though. The menu in the room didn't match the restaurant as the kitchen had run out of supplies. The main restaurant area also smelled of being locked up too long and wasn't clean. The staff, except the day receptionist that met us on our arrival, were belligerent and unhelpful in all respects. The meals on the menus in the room and the restaurant were also overpriced. We were forced to eat elsewhere. We were so disappointed that we left early. Having explained our displeasure to the evening staff and Manager they begrudgingly refunded one night. We paid for the night we stayed there. Such a beautiful place that has so much potential to be let down by an incompetent management team. It was a discrace.

Through booking.com our breakfast was included a nice menu to choose from. The view is spectacular ?. Breakfast Service was nice and server was also professional.
T	Toni Holdsworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good size rooms but do need a refurbishment. Shower is small and average pressure. But lovely location and friendly staff , good coffee and breakfast. Could imagine it being a good spot in summer and business events (large function rooms).
P	Paul Hartog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed an amazing dinner with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. The wine was superbly paired with our steak and the portions were perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and proficient in their job and would highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
C	Carmen Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was big, king size bed, the down side was I ended up having an ant invasion in the kitchen and had to get fly spray to get rid of them the bathroom the shower wall doesn't go to the ground so when the shower is going the water run under the wall part and surrounds the toilet area and floods it ( we ended up using a towel to dry the floors so we didn't can over and split our heads ) I did find out this room is up for renovations so hopefully they make the new shower wall right to the ground it will stop any future flooding. Also update the kitchen and work out where the ants are coming from. The grounds are amazing and so is the few the wharf is great to fish off and the beach is great to swim at. Everything else was fine.
B	Ben Mercer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Great beds, slept well every night we stayed. The restaurant was what made the experience 5/5 though, great service and amazing food. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place with such attentive and professional waiting staff. Food was also well presented, delicious and could tell a lot of care was not just put into the making of the dish but also the ingredients themselves. Fantastic.

Room facilities is amazing would definitely give a 5 star but facilities definitely need maintenance. Instruction for spa pool is zero, it turned on at 12 midnight and again at 2 am automatically, there's no toothpaste on basic amenities. But the service of the lovely staff makes those negatives don't matter ? would love to come back there again
A	AME 43 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful place to stay and have dinner with. Our room has a very comfortable bed and sort of minimalist type of design. We had a good sleep. Our meal was divine and lovely. We had the steak, ravioli, fish and chips, fried cauliflower together with dessert special for Valentines and the panacotta. Our servers were professional esp young Tyson. We were also able to get free breakfast for two with decent portion and the coffee were lovely. Let down: The takeaway coffee was so bad that we ended up not having it and threw it away.
