β β β β β Superb location. Central to all City Centre amenities and short drive from rest. Perfect location to explore Palmy and surrounding areas.

β β β β β Budget accommodation, serves its purpose but if the place is full don't expect to sleep before 1-2am. The walls are thin and you can hear every word, footstep and act in the rooms around you.

β β β β β Poor staff only care about there bottom line. Room was horrible no hot water for a shower, loud I could hear word for word what is said next suite beaide me, beyond cold no heat in room and massive draft and your clothes and room smell of the food everyone is cooking around. Weird people hang out in the front of the buildong possibly drug trafficking..

β β β β β Closest accommodation to the Square. Good secure parking at a reasonable rate per day. Apartment is great plenty of space. Kitchen fridge. Corridor is very le corbusier - concrete and brieze block but works okay. Need door fob for the lift. Would definitely use again.

β β β β β Sink the size of a soup bowl
No shelves - had to use the toilet seat as a shelf
Table about the size of a toilet seat
Nowhere to hang or store clothes - not even a clothes hook on the door
No openable window for fresh air
View of the filthy Hub building from my window
Noisy at night - no double glazing
No controllable air conditioning
No plunger for coffee!!!
Apart from that, the shower pressure was good . . . and the room reasonably clean.

β β β β β Budget accommodation, friendly staff at reception, very good location by the square with secure parking provided. However, it was very noisy at night, you could hear drunken people shouting from the streets. If you don't mind the noise and the industrial/office-turned-apartment appeal then it's a good budget overnight accommodation, wouldn't stay here more than one night though.
