★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get my ears pierced and they didn’t have the right earrings to my mum politely asked why and the lady rudely said well maybe we sold out and came across very intolerant towards my mum. Both lady’s that served me I found extremely disinterested and provided terrible customer service. This was supposed to be a fun activity to have on my birthday. If you are wanting to get your ears pierced this is not the place to go!!!

I would usually not write a review, but the great service and their experience with medicine saved me a lot of time - I had already spent almost an hour at other pharmacies, but the other pharmacies just told me that they didn't know what the issue was. As soon as I told them what I thought I needed, they immediately assisted me and I got results - very good ones!. 5/5, would definitely come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very nice experience. I went to there this afternoon for vaccine pass and been told by the staff that they don't do the Vaccine pass anymore. I was very surprised because life pharmacy Takapuna is on the list for the service.She said it take long time to issue the pass,so they don't do it anymore. I said I just saw a gentleman came out with a printed pass, she started saying the system had just got problem.Bad experience!

Almost 9 person working there and I got served after 3 minutes,,
BUT NOTICE NO ONE INSIDE THE PHARMACY.. so at least say morning we are busy ..
Anyway then I got my booster and the nurse for my opinion was not very confident with needle ... so I got hurt ..
