★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon trying various salons in the area due to availability I thought calling ahead would be best. After calling 4-5 without success I finally got a rude women over the phone who felt it was fun y that I called 4-5 times as she laughed at me with someone in the background. As I was with a friend who was celebrating her last chemotherapy and wanted to treat her, I felt insulted by the person over the phone and I'm not able to give a -100, they get a 1.

It is so delightful going into an exclusive salon and being treated with professionalism and care - nothing is rushed and you feel confident with all treatments and products. Mardi is an expert in nails, so if you have issues with your nails, Mardi will advise what the next steps are. I feel really relaxed after a pamper session with Mardi. The bonus is the beautiful, healthy nails. And my nails LOOK gorgeous. The salon has an online booking system. Fabulous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Love the fact that you can book online -- your time is YOUR time.
2. Love that the colours she stocks are colours that I would actually use, and prefer to use on a daily basis. Good range of darks, nudes, and everything in between. I've been looking for a nail salon that stocks good shades of nudes, and I believe the one I'm wearing now is the ONE.
3. Actually takes the time to assess your nail health, and recommend the appropriate service.
4. Doesn't force you to have long nails because they're trendy... I don't like having long nails so it was pretty awesome not to get condescended to because I don't like trendy long nails!!!
5. She has a good sense of humour, and a good head on her shoulders. She will actually talk to you.
6. Her studio is super clean, and smells good. Doesn't smell like harsh cleaning chemicals or acrylic powder!
Great job Mardi. Looking forward to seeing you frequently from now on
