★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An utter ripp off. I thought I’d treat my self to gel pedicure and manicure and lashes. Lashes lasted 4 days I went back the lady blamed me and wouldn’t own her shotty job. I now have an infection in my lash line yuck . I have been getting lashes for over 6 years and never have I experienced this.
My nails were rushed. The lady was rude a ruff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ladies are awesome. Good music and ambience. Friendly staff, clean premises. The did an excellent job of my manicure and pedicure. Will go here from now on. Had a terrible experience at the New Lynn, Lynnmall, branch but the one in St Lukes is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady didn’t check the temperature of the pedicure tub before she asked me to put my feet inside. It was boiling hot. Like really hot I could’ve burned myself. This isn’t a good place to get treatment. I complained and they didn’t take it seriously. I do not recommend this place. First and last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first pedicure here. Great service! I was asked if the water temperature was ok, the lady had a lovely manner even with a little bit of English. Very efficient as I also got a manicure combo with the pedicure. The colour choice was perfect as she wanted to make sure that I was happy with what I was wanting. Customer satisfaction. I am going again this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment here and I was pretty impressed! I came out with a really flattering set of nails and it only took around 45 minutes the lady was pretty gentle but the price of these nails was 70$ dollars a little bit pricey for the short nude french tip nails i asked for but out come was nice nails didn't stay on for longer than 2 weeks but not mad about that either! music was nice place was clean and my nails were good enough for my birthday so very happy will come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never usually go to franchised nail salons, but today I was short for time and thought I’d come here anyway. I was so disappointed with how my nails turned out, she rushed the whole time, was super rough, I had to ask her throughout the process to file my nails thinner and cover my whole nail in SNS. Since she hasn’t filed my nails down properly it now looks like I have a glitter polish instead of a solid colour. After I complained and said I was really disappointed and she said they were too busy and to come back later. Fair to say I have learnt my lesson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was the most aggressive manicure of my life! Ask her to be more gentle and she laugh and kept going! Asked for French tip they didn’t put down any base coat so now I can just see the acrylic marks and underneath of my nails! $60 for a infill definitely will not be going back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews about this place I was definitely a little hesitant about going but I had been given a gift voucher for Christmas and really wanted to get my nails done ? many of the reviews talk about the fact that the ladies all speak in Vietnamese to each other. It's a kiwi thing to consider this to be rude, but talking from experience when you live in a foreign country it's natural to speak with others in your own language when you are around others of the same culture. It's also very natural when faced with others speaking in a foreign language to assume that they are speaking about you...in all honesty they may be but it shouldn't put you off going. I had a great experience today, love my nails and will definitely go back.
