★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a trained, experienced, and very passionate Celebrant and ritual maker, myself, it is integral to me to have the highest form of care, sincerity, sensitivity, openheartedness, regarding our beloveds who have sadly slipped away into the long dark place of rest.
My beloved parent recently passed and of course through past connections and experiences for my clients, with The Natural Funeral Company, they were my obvious first port of call to assist me with care-taking, and guardianship for my beloved.
Even the 3am call to them, was received in grace, the entire week my family and I spent most of it, in and out of the Natural Funeral Company and always this was in ease and peace.
Chris and her team always have been genuine, professional, open and accommodating on all levels, it really is so essential at a time of loss to feel, heard, supported and not feel like you have to do things in a certain way, a way that does not sit in alignment with you or your family's beliefs or highest truth.
Sincerely i can not recommend Chris, Leesa and her team enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was both professional and very personal during one of the most trying times in anyone's life. From the initial consultation to the end of the funeral Chris and her team were attentive without being pushy and nothing was too much trouble, no request treated lightly. We told of Ray's love of John Denver music - on our second visit John Denver was serenading Ray, keeping him company.
Chris arranged the Celebrant and from just the initial consultation provided the perfect partner for us.
The range of caskets enabled us to chose the ideal one for Ray and it drew many positive comments - several friends stated that they wanted one just like it!
The flowers too were organised by Chris, after a brief time with us and given only sketchy outline waved her magic wand and conjured up the perfect arrangement.
The food arranged was delicious and there was a huge menu to select from - again Chris and her team had the right connections to make everything as stress free for the family as possible.
Our family believe that anyone wanting help, guidance and support in making funeral arrangements for someone they love would not be able to find superior service anywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with many families we dealt with Chris at a very stressful and emotional time. She made the process very simple and dealt with us with care and compassion. There was a slight hiccup in the process but that was rectified quickly and very satisfactory.

Their thoughtfulness and care for even the smallest details gave us a great deal of comfort and ease knowing Dad was in the best hands and took care of the whole process for us as we dealt with a very emotional time of mourning. Thank you for looking after our family, we are forever grateful and appreciative.

Whilst we reeled in the shock and grief of our loss - Chris gave such compassionate solace and gifted our son with the most fitting and respectful service possible. Chris holds a very special place in our hearts still to this day as she always will. She was such a beautiful person to journey with us on a path that no one ever wants to travel down.
