involved. All the family are united in their praise for a difficult process expediently handled. Steven personally delivered our loved ones ashes while in Whangarei + spent valuable mins of his time showing real empathy to us hugely appreciated.
I'm giving him + his staff 5 stars
recommendation.

β β β β β At first Oliver Davey & the Just Funerals company were very accommodating especially during this grieving time. However once we had the release of our deceased loved one we were not promised numerous things. We have been in contact so many times to end the process of a funeral & to my disappointment we still have not had contact between the company and with family.
The embalming process we believe was an error (which we took further to other funeral homes for advice) & to my shocking it was not done correctly.
They have delayed or refused too provide receipts & or information we need to proceed with our own personal matters.
It has been 3 months since the release & like I've said no contact.
I believe if you are considering this company to help assist you with your family and loved one to definitely reconsider. Despite the low prices & comforting manner they bring, please know bad service, lack of communication and plain ignorance is too follow. Which is not what any family in a time of sorrow need.
A true wake up call!!!!!!

β β β β β We've lost four family members in 16 months. We used another company for the other family funerals but for our last one, the funeral of our brother ,we opted for Just Funerals, Christchurch. What a great blessing Steve and his team were for us. Because we already had 3 funerals under our belts we didn't need a lot of input for the actual service but were so very grateful for the professionalism, tenderness and warmth shown to our brother and us as a family. We can not speak highly enough of our experience with Just Funerals. We chose them initially because they offered a whanau package, allowing us to bring our brother home for a night before picking him up to be carried to his final resting place. They kept us in the loop with every step and took care of all the behind the scene stuff so efficiently. We hope we never have to use them again, but can not recommend them enough. Thank you so very much Steve and team, you guys made all the difference in our loss.

β β β β β We are forever grateful to Just Funerals for their exceptional service. One of the most inexpensive, affordable pricing in Auckland but quality and care still shown throughout the process. A friendly, kind, family owned operation. Their website was easy to understand without any hidden surprises sprung on us at the last minute when meeting in person with the lovely son Oliver. We had everything organised and ready to go within a day, super efficient and no fuss. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Chose Just Funerals because their website had different options which listed what those options included along with prices. Other websites were overwhelming and not helpful. Just Funerals made things a lot easier at a sad and hard time. Steven, Vicky and Oliver are just simply wonderful and so helpful. A family business that makes things easier for families.
