★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid $47 tonight for an average dinner. Don't mind waiting an hour for good food but the $3 chips was an absolute rip off and one of the toasted sandwiches was missing after repeating the order twice. Got a small refund but will drive to pukekohe next time. Very disappointed when it's my local but I can't support it going forward. $7 FOR A toasted sandwich is just crazy. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just picked up takeaways & they were easily the worst we have ever bought. The oil had soaked through all layers of paper. The pieces of fish were in a pile of gloopy oily mush & we couldn't even serve it up, had to spoon it on to plates. Chips were also soggy & the batter on the hotdog dropped into the bag as it was taken out. We only live 5 minutes from the shop so it should still be crisp if cooked properly & drained of oil. NEVER AGAIN,!! Waste of hard earned money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used to frequent this store when we had a takeaway meal and we have only had one meal since the new owners took over. Tonight we thought we would give them another chance but the meal was very disappointing. The fish was so dry we couldn't eat it so we gave it to the cat and he turned his nose up at it.The battered sausage tasted off and smelt funny so sorry to say this meal was a total waste of $26 we ended up feeding it to the dog. Normally I am not a person to complain but this was an extremely poor quality take out for the price. I think you must have changed your suppliers needless to say we will not be purchasing any further take out.

Called in on Sunday 20th Sept.
Totally unorganised .
Small child sitting on bench in prep area .
Ordered steak and cheese burger, got steak and egg.
Chips were undercooked very soggy , paper was dripping in oil, obvious hadnt been drained enough.
Steak roll was still frozen inside .
Potato fritters still raw.
I phoned and spoke to the manager, she was very sorry, and said she will take what I've said on board.
Will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting. Worst fish and chip in Franklin. Worst takeaway I've had in my 30 years living in New Zealand. Have been living in patty for 3 years and regrettably have ordered food from here 5 times due to its convenient location. I cant say anything good about this place. The staff are stupid they can't get the orders correct. The food they cook is disgusting and very poor quality. AVOID THIS PLACE ITS 100% NOT WORTH IT!!!!!
