★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We send quite a few large items through PBT and they never cease to amaze me how they break them.
Poor customer service skills, very unhelpful call centre.
If you could use another courier I would recommend doing so!
2 months later still no response to my multiple emails...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called right on 8am and been on hold for over 45 mins. They were meant to update me the day before about a package they seemed to have lost. According to their tracking my parcel is being picked up from auckland for over 2 weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my experience appears to mirror that of many others - two weeks waiting with tracking stating that my package was in transit. On follow up by phone, I was told it had been sitting in their warehouse for five days and were unsure why it hadn't been delivered. I asked to collect it myself as it was getting urgent, and waited for around 30 mins at the depo before package was brought out. Appreciate there are delays at present with COVID, but I'm still not sure when or if I would have received my package if I had not followed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a 'Sorry we missed you'. We thought we would simply go online to request a redelivery. We had no idea just how complicated such a simple task could be. After going through the website, phoning (went to an automated service) and texting we ended up going around in circles. We ended up having to get into direct contact with them.
It cost us $25 for abysmal service. I'll make sure that I specifically request any companies don't use PBT or I'll buy elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed, they miss parcels, never know where the parcels is inside the Depot and CS are not helpful. Went there to pick my parcel because I couldn't wait more and the CS just complained about to release it. 0 star and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read the reviews 2.1 overall speaks volumes about this branch. Used to be ok but became the company from hell to deal with. Today a prime example. Took my freight down there as the courier pickup is so unreliable. Told they'll get a forklift. Guy on the forklift too busy trying to chat up a lady customer to deal with me. Another dude jumps on forklift and goes off somewhere while I'm still waiting. Knock on door again and told condescendingly I needed to wait for the forklift. So the live and let live fuse finally blew... not using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure how this company is still in business, Without a doubt the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.
Our Item was weeks overdue and no response when I phoned which was more times than I could remember.
Finally got hold of a lady on the desk and she was brilliant, Courteous, and very helpful. Unfortunately the rest of her team let her down with our item a number of times. Know a guy who was working there at the time and he said they didn't care about the small customers at all, overnight delivery meant nothing to the workers he said. he said they had such a poor attuited, will never use them again, But will must say the lady on the desk was very very good..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have the right words to describe this company. It damaged 3 of my items. They either punch holes in it with a forklift or drop the load from a height. They discourage employees and drivers from signing the consignment note when collecting the parcels. Therefore, if the goods are lost or damaged, they do not need to make any compensation. I recommend their service to anyone whose packages are cheap, heavy, indestructible and unattractive.
