★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Pet Centre Lyall Bay are rude, abrasive, and incredibly unhelpful. They also lack basic knowledge about the needs of the animals they're selling in store to ensure these animals are going to good homes, with families who are supported to take care of them properly. I've lost count of how many times I've felt unwelcome in their store simply because I once told them guinea pigs and rabbits shouldn't be housed together. I now have good reason to believe they're selling rabbits from a breeder who is removing underage kits from their mum. This is so unresponsible, and they will definitely be getting reported to the SPCA. No wonder they have such a high staff turnover. If I could give zero stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy staff looking to get home before they are closed. Worked a 14 hr day trying to just get in to test my water of my fish tank and the girl locked the door at 5:25 and asked what I wanted because they were wanting to lock up. Save your time, go to animates as they at least care about the animals.
