★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Repco is getting really expensive. Sign of the times but also no real competition they have to compete with. 500 for a new alternator for a Toyota and 100 oil filter n decent oil.and that was at trade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service. Above and beyond. It's X-Mas eve, & unfortunately I could not make it to the store in time before closing. I spoke with a great employee ('David') whom knew what I required, but because of the late afternoon timing, I could not get there before closing. David asked what area I was in, & when would I be home, after that, David stated he would deliver it personally whilst he was on the way home. For an employee to go above and beyond for myself as a customer is outstanding, & can't thank him enough. He is a true asset to Repco. I've been a customer for many, many years with Repco in Australia, & will continue to be so now our family has moved to NZ.
Many thanks to David at Lyall Bay & to all of their staff. May you all have a Merry XMas & a Happy New Year. David's gesture of kindness was extremely considerate, especially considering it is XMas eve. Many thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are useless. Go there to get front brake rotors and pads. Despite them saying they were the correct parts they were not. Checked the rotors, they were incorrect, swapped for the correct set, but they only had the expensive ones that fit my car. So paid the extra. Thought that I'd check the pads to the manufacturers web site. They were also incorrect. Now here is the kick, because the original receipt had had a credit for the rotors, they couldn't process the credit for the pads. So now waiting for them to get back to me, which will involve another trip to their store.
Repco are at the expensive end of auto parts. I don't mind paying a premium for good advice and service. When this is the service they give then you might as well take your chances on trade me.
