★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely incompetent. Applied for a flat, heard nothing for weeks. Tried to follow up only to be told that they not longer look after the property. I was never told this and never received an update. They are completely useless, do not use this company.

The Rent House offer amazing administration, great communication at a reasonable price.
Go find somewhere cheaper and you'll find yourself in loss of rent, damaged property and whinging on the herald or stuff because your property hadn't been taken care of by a Team who cares.
Mel, Lauren and the Team your hard work over the years has not gone unnoticed... cheers to the lads and lasses that put in the mahi..
I've been told The Rent House sells houses? But why would you when you have such an amazing rental property team?! Bloody top notch service, you all deserve a wine or two after each day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time me and my partner have rented together , we came to view the property and the people in it left it a mess robyn and her team took on the property on cleaned it made sure everything was spectacular for when we moved in , if we have an issue she had it fixed straight away , she always has a smile on her face and if you need a laugh shes your gal , definitely the best rental company ive ever been with.
Appreciate everything renthouse and robyn has done for us ❤️
