★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to repeat the modifications to my 1 burger 3 times and they still got it wrong. Made us park the car to wait for the food. Lady turns up with a crumpled up bag, no napkins etc. I guess they expect us to use leaves from their garden to wipe or faces and hands after we are done eating. On the plus side it was a nice bright sunny day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you've run out of ice cream on a hot day, maybe put a sign at the beginning of your drive thru so that people don't have to sit trapped in your drive thru lane for more than ten minutes. Third time this has happened at the same McDonald's. Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an Asian girl. today I came to your shop and ordered mcnuggets. one of your counter staff treated me very impatiently, I smiled at her, and repeated my order twice just to confirm. she replied me with apparently not happy face, impatient voice, and continued to serve the next without giving me the order number. however, she just faced the other customer with normal attitude! I waited to get order number and then she just left it on the desk while saying hello to another person. I waited behind that person and felt so unfair,the only thing I regret today is not to get my refund back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love McDonald's so much it's hard to rate it badly. It's a particularly busy venue so expect a little wait. I did have a problem with my order, but it was a small error by staff as can be expected in peak times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the young guy who is the manager there who I believe his name is Jay of what I could see on his name tag. Is absolutely rude and vulgar. They way he was rushing us to hurry and order losing his patience fast. And also seeing him talking to another younger crew member was unprofessional. We felt so sorry for the young crew member he was picking on and we could see he was doing it deliberately to this person. We ended up going elsewhere as this guy should not be in any means in charge of a team. Seems like the position of power has gotten to him. He needs to be demoted or even better fired. McDonald's needso to take a good look into this guy. Not good at all!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food court is just too busy and noisy for me, but obviously it's the place to be as it is always busy. The noise levels are way over the top for my hearing, but there is heaps of variety of foods and great service. There definitely is plenty of choice in food types and ethnicities.
The place as does the rest of this shopping complex needs a simple and not very expensive fix to its acoustic Insulation and sound absorption, which can so easily be overcome too lower the noise levels to an acceptable level, especially for staff who must be damaging their hearing work in this noisy environment.
