★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members are friendly, though the queue was really confusing: where to start. If you don't wait at the beginning of the queue, they'll ask you to go back to the beginning of the queue. Food was yummy and fresh, though a little bit more expensive compared to other food stalls in the food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has to be the worst katsubi in Auckland. I have been to a lot of their restaurants and this has the most unfriendly service, smallest portions and least tasty food. I have been there a few times now thinking it will be better but everytime it's a disappointment.
