โ โ โ โ โ I didnโt book here (as I booked online) but it was a nice place to stay out of the cold while wait for my awesome jet boat ride. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who competently answered all my questions

โ โ โ โ โ Staff were polite and helpful. Parking and access extremely difficult for people with disabilities. Twisted ankle on sloped footpaths. Not fault of the centre.

โ โ โ โ โ I was quite unlucky to have dealt with the American/Canadian girl who wasnโt so interested in helping. She was a little rude and as she was training she was also ignoring some of my questions. I understand you are training someone but you could also be a more customer focused.

โ โ โ โ โ In my old age (33) I have thought up some irrational fears. Like flying out of the boat when they spin... seriously. But they were pretty cool and calm and made the experience a lot of fun!
People need to try it when visiting Queenstown!
