★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Defs would choose another store. I ordered a bunch of disposable IGETS and HQDs, all of which listed 5% nicotine on the website, and most of which were replaced with nicotine-free models.
I emailed I assume Adam and asked nicely to ensure my next order contained 5% models, and that I didn’t need a refund for the first (assuming an honest mix-up) but I was met with suspicion and skepticism. That’s great but I went ahead with the order anyway.. again received all completely nicotine-free models I.e nicotine not listed on the packaging anywhere, no nicotine feeling after many big puffs, etc.
Fast forward to today and here is the response I received:
‘I can not help much in your situation personally, as all different people have different feelings regarding nicotine levels. and you are the only one said it's not enough for you.
For example, If you order an ordinary cake in a restaurant , but you said it's not sweet enough for you, will they re-make one for you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had two faulty products from here, so I emailed about the second one to ask how long the usually last because I’d barely used it and the light started flashing to indicate it was flat. I was told to either return it (which didn’t go well because I didn’t have a receipt - was never offered one on purchase), or dismantle it and take a photo to show if it was faulty…… I’m pretty sure the packaging on all the disposable vapes says not to do that.
