I never had issues with The Warehouse before so avoid this particular store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can you say, another big red shed and just as messy as the rest. Mind you it was the day after Boxing Day. The one thing I did see at this store that I haven't see at any of the other stores was at the unusual behaviour of the staff serving at the jewellery counter, as shown in my photos. When I arrived at the counter there were other customers waiting ahead of me for assistance. The two staff members behind the counter had their backs toward us and seemed to be more intent on talking to each other and looking at what was on the computer screen than what was going on behind them. I was there for well over 10 minutes and not once during that time did either of the two staff turn around. And yes, in one of the pictures, that is jewellery sitting on top of the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have being coming here once in a week for last 2 years and had a very bad experience from one of the staff today. She was very racist, and told very bad words even in-front of my daughter.Me and my daughter was walking through the shop and this staff was trying to fill some products and telling me to go away from here and was acting so weird. Even I was 4-5 meters away from her and wasn’t close to her. And she was murmuring through out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been mucked around so many times. From click n collect taking 3 weeks 2 find the place had the item all along but still had to wait another 5 days after the 3wks. Lost orders, them hanging up on me numerous times 4x in 5min and I was actually being very polite. No longer though they useless.
DON'T CLICK N COLLECT and don't bother ringing them as well it will ring n ring eventually just hangs up on u.
