★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit of a change, Warehouse Stationery has occupied some floor area here as well.
This is not a bad idea as this gives good pricing for both stores.
As this is a Huge store it is still easy to move around and look at products.
Nice vision The owners of both retailers.

He did everything to help us with our spa pool's purchase and even stopped while carrying boxes to help an elderly couple with something. Because of him Fraser Cove will be our go to Warehouse! Bravo Sam, what an asset!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the best shopping mall i ever go. you can find anything you wanted in here. i spend about couple hours just walking looking around and there's a chinese restaurant called chinatown just next warehouse so good for having lunch or dinner. i really like this place. there's plenty shop here. never miss visit this place.

I can not believe that I wanted to buy a necklace for my birthday’s friend and the staff denied me to buy it from the jewellery department because they said it is closed and no one is allowed to enter in and give me the necklace for my birthday’s friend. I can not believe this not sense policy. Very annoyed with The warehouse group customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor customer service including the store manager. I will not advise anybody to buy the item on display. I have bought the water blaster from the display and I'm definitely not happy. I mentioned it so the store manager knows exactly who posted this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable bad customer service from Sam(Store Manager) at Warehouse Stationery.
Never buy any electronics there as you will have to prove the product is faulty.
He made us come back to the store 3 times and after making a video of the problem back home he finally accepted the product was indeed faulty.
On the top of everything he dares to be ironic, when confronted about his manners.
Go get another job Samuel, this one is not fitting you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible staff!!! Professional encounter with apparently, the store manager and her male colleague, another young female staff member who gets 5stars for being most unhelpful every time you encounter her.
They have no qualms about making fun of a woman dressed in Asian clothes, they assume she probably doesn’t understand their language ‘English’. They have no shame or remorse when caught out, they will laugh at your face and if you are a woman on your own the male employee will make sure he comes forward in extreme threatening manner to tell you who is boss. I felt like it wasn’t warehouse but a seedy bar with a trio of gangsters trying to corner someone on their own. Most pathetic. These guys should not work here, totally out of place.
