★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hour car park... got a parking ticket within 5 minutes of arriving in the warehouse carpark. its up to me to appeal. talk about bully and intimidation behavior. I normally shop up on Kapiti, I wont support an organization that condones this type of behavior. I wont be going back to any of your stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection and great layout. Had difficulty (a lot) with trying to use our biz reward card. Firstly they no longer accept the app and you need the card, then they couldn’t do split payments. Was the only sour point of the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very rude and not helpful at all had purchased an item but did not take item home had the receipt came in the next day to see if I could get the item I payed for and never took home he was not interested in helping me I stood there while he told me he checked the cameras and the item was not left behind or put back , spoke to another lady at the returns counter she could not help me either I felt judged and treated like I was making it up maybe because I was in bare feet and messy hair I have no idea why ended up going to the WHAREHOUSE STATIONARY worker explained to him why I was there and how I was treated rudely & shrugged of showed him my receipt he said he would go and look at the cameras for me and he had seen that a worker had put the item back and grabbed the item of the shelf u had paid for apologied for the WHAREHOUSE staff behaviour of not giving to hoots on my inquiry but also lieing to me and saying he checked the cameras when he did not Evan do RUDE and incompetent

The lady was extremely helpful, obliging and considered my needs, which was greatly appreciated. We have always found this store has a good range of quality products at reasonable prices. Easy parking makes shopping here a pleasure. A big thank you to The Warehouse, Petone. Ann and Rod.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store with a lot off different stock, you can always find a good deal in there. The staff are not super helpful I couldn’t find a lol toy so I went ask one of the staff members for help and the kid that looks like he old enough to be son, just told me they are in the toys area. I said listen I just been looking there for the last ten minutes. He told me go look again. So went back still no luck than I ask another staff member they said sorry we have sold out. Anyways one good thing is you always find a park there. Which is very helpful. So if you could give the young kids working for you some lessons on how to be polite and more helpful.
