β β β β β Went to royal oak whitcolls this afternoon to buy a book after seeing it on the online website and felt very uncomfortable as the shopping assistant blatantly starred at me and followed me around the store. I smiled at her to be friendly (no smile back or friendly greeting from her) not sure if she does this to everyone but itβs not very good customer service.
