★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was commendable I like quick transactional conversations over the phone... The downfall was the flowers to be quite frank it all came down to "expectations" vs "reality" and unfortunately my expectations weren't met I was looking for simplicity with a little pop but what my sister received on her 30th birthday seemed dull, boring and overdone it was a good attempt but not quite what I was looking for.
