★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in only one worker. Ready to be served im just waiting there for about 10-15 mins to be served with my 2 kids , nothing then another lady comes and gets served straight away within 2 seconds while I’m still waiting there! They definitely need some more workers only one person was there. Came here for my anniversary definitely wasn’t worth it made me quiet upset as I was dealing with a baby and crazy toddler aswel ? also way over priced not really tasty although the waffles were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave this place a 5 stars only because I felt inclined for a hot chocolate so I ordered a Large White Hot Chocolate and it was absolutely beautiful it was just was I needed ?❤☕?. I also couldn't stop stearing at the desk. It felt like I was dreaming. I was so fascinated at how the desk lit up like that and super inquisitive to see were the lights were.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from Ben and Mel ?? Always serviced with a smile. The soy mocha and hot chocolates are always made to perfection. Theobroma over Starbucks any day ?? Today I tried there Thai soup served with ciabatta and it was just what I needed on a cold winters day. Perfect amount of spice ? 12/10 highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family afternoon tea at Botany Town Centre. We ordered 2 Hot Chocolate and a cold drink. It’s impressive that the chocolate came with a burner to keep it hot. However, we found out that the chocolate was cold and only warm after 15 minutes candle burner and never becoming hot till we left after almost half an hour. The menu states Hot Chocolate but it was only warm after 15-30 minutes candle burner. I don’t understand why? It ruined our family afternoon tea enjoyment on a Saturday!!!!!!
