★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Rude staff making hand gestures and talking terribly in my dads face. One staff member said that once you buy it you can still return it and exchange it for a different colour. Then they went to swap it and the lady was rude and disrespectful making hand gestures and talking rudely then threatening to get the security. Disgusted!

He made sure we were both happy with what we were trying and his overall customer service was fab! We have been going there for over 2 years and that was probably the best experience we’ve had at Mac! Made our day out just that little bit better :)
