★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales assistant didn't greet us when we walked in, which is forgiveable, but then walked past me three times and didn't acknowledge my presence. I was looking at buying a bag until after walked past me again ignoring me. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior. Happened around 135pm on Saturday 30th Jan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs services vary a lot of times but most are friendly and helpful. Just disappointed that lot of high-end items are unavailable in Botany store and have to ask for in-store transfer. Not too big of store but there are always something nice to purchase. Their in store transfer service is very useful since I do not have time to visit Sylvia Park nor New Market store.
