★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted by Mandeep, (tinting is not something I usually get done but she reassured me they'd look good) and she was absolutely right! She did an amazing job and I'm impressed. I'll definitely be going back to just see her!

Edit: i noticed people talking negatively about the one in botany, im not sure what that ones like but the one in sylvia park is where i go and i love it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID. Would give zero stars if I could. (Sylvia Park location): The woman had an extremely rude demeanour from the get-go. She talked on her phone via an earpiece the whole time which is incredibly disconcerting, and she didn’t speak to me once except to ask for payment. I said please don’t take much off and indicated I just wanted a little tidy up. She threaded off half my brows. She worked so so quickly it was done within 30 seconds. I should have seen the red flags and walked away and I’m kicking myself now. Wish I’d read the other reviews before sacrificing my eyebrows to this awful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jass in botany is the best technician I’ve ever been to. 5 minutes is all it takes and it’s the best quality job ever!! She takes into account your face shape and size every time and there’s never any fuss!! Love her work highly recommend xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubina's in Botany is absolutely notorious for waxing your brows off completely. Both myself and three family members have had the exact same experience with the exact same lady. After specifically telling her to please not touch my actual brows as I just wanted a tidy up of the excess hair, she STILL went ahead and threaded them into the thinnest lines (which she has now done twice to me). Absolutely awful, do not come here if you like nice full brows!
