β β β β β This was my best place to see the doctor to all my family but I think nowadays getting down cuz this morning I been there to see the doctor for my 4 years old boy he was very unwell from last night we couldn't sleep hole night so we state been this medical but I feel very bad they all (reception &nurse)they are very rude with me.I ask them for Dr Katie because she is very nice but they said she is fully book I can understand she is book and again I ask them can you ask her if she can manage for us we came from taupe because of her otherwise we can go hospital and they said not with Katie we can manage for other doctor but not now 12.15 pm but until that time my boy did two times vomit so I said them we can't wait until 12.15 cuz baby was very unwell and they said we can manage with nurse n I said OK but when I go with nurse she was very angry she was telling us u make my life very defecult how we make her life deficult .we already worry about our son n they make us desopoint.Monic was very nice nurse who was working before but the new nurse is very rude.I just recommend to everyone if you go there just ask the doctor not with the nurse she is very very rude.I will never go back there

Dr Cate mills failed me in a major way
I reported that I had been violently assaulted and Dr Mills did not investigate my abdominal pain i had in fact bled into my abdomen
Dr Mills did not enter a single word in my medical file nor did she update the computer
Had she documented my case could have gone to trial in the high Court in Rotorua
As a result of her incompetence my attacker did not serve a single day of a 10 year jail sentence
This Dr not only failed me but society as justice could not be served
