★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Rakesh and his team. I first met Dr Rakesh in 2020 after the referral of my orthodontist. My condition is a complicated one as it can only be solved by a five-hour-long jaw surgery. I did hesitate at first. But Dr Rakesh addressed all my concerns in the first consultation. He is very experienced in this type of surgery. In March this year, Dr Rakesh did the surgery for me and the result is just amazing. There is little side effect and my profile now looks great. I am super happy with the result and I know this cannot be achieved without Dr Rakesh's amazing skills and utmost care. I am so glad that I made the right life-changing choice. Thank you so much Dr Rakesh and your incredible team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go in for a major 8 teeth extraction in a single sitting under general anesthesia. Dr. Rakesh Jattan and the entire staff made it a seamless and easy process. They gave very clear instructions on pre and post operation do and don't, it was handled miraculously well as I only had swelling for one day! Looks like they have a delicate touch. I had NO complications and the entire team made sure I had a seamless and easy experience. Even though I hope I never have to get 8 more teeth pulled out again, but if I had to go through all this again, I would choose this place in a heartbeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great efficient, friendly service. Super slick! Effective communication and instructions. The only reason I didn’t give a 5/5 is the cost! Dental care in NZ is ludicrous. Approx 1 hour in total pre appointment (20 mins including X-ray) and surgery beginning to end (40 minutes). Rakesh is an expert in his field and professional. Totally recommend Ti Rakau OMS and Rakesh but private health insurance advisable. Would I repeat this process with OMS Absolutely! Fully informed of cost prior so this is not a criticism of treatment. My choice to go ahead.

Although I have a fear of dentists and anything to do with teeth my entire experience with Ti Rakau OMS was non fearful from start to finish. The staff were delightful to deal with and the surgeon Dr. Rakesh Jattan was very professional and understanding of my fear. The proceedure was sucessful with very good care and attention.
I would highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter recently had surgical exposures of her impacted teeth and I couldn't fault the team at Ti Rakau OMS. Dr Rakesh Jattan has a wonderfully calming manner and my daughter was at ease right from the consultation. We felt thoroughly informed the whole time and the follow up was great. The reception staff were fabulous at getting us in earlier with a cancellation to helping with our Southern Cross. Thanks Dr Rakesh, we will back when it's time for the wisdom extractions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rakesh was very informative and supportive throughout the whole process from my initial consultation to my procedure and follow ups! My 4 wisdom teeth were removed under IV sedation and it was fine - despite my nerves! His follow up care was amazing - both messages and in person checks. The administration team are very friendly and helpful too!
