★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both Brad and Alishia were amazing. They showed us nothing but love, compassion and respect. A friend from overseas was staying with us when he suddenly passed. The kindness, love, help and consideration that was shown to the family and us was nothing short of amazing. The family have gone back home with the knowledge that their loved one was treated with utter respect and care.
We cannot even begin to thank this wonderful Couple for everything they did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Souly Funeral. Aleisha and Brad was professional, courteous and tried their best to accommodate our requests and timing. They were so wonderful to deal with, they even used private crematory to have her ashes ready for her service and did not charge us any extra. I have already recommended Souly funeral to my friends and family. Thank you so much Aleisha and Brad!

After looking at different companies and budgets we went with Souly and we are glad we did.
Aleisha was more than willing to come meet us and discuss options regarding everything from arranging the notice in the paper,the celebrant and dealing with our Dad after his passing.
She made us feel important to her and was very respectful of any issues or concerns we raised.

During an extremely difficult and emotional time recently following the passing of my mother, Aleisha and Brad were fantastic, demonstrating the perfect balance of compassion and professionalism. It's the little things that make the difference, and their willingness to accommodate our requests and timings made myself and my family feel at ease and happy that mum was getting the treatment she deserved. Working with Aleisha and Brad certainly drastically altered my preconceived ideas about the funeral industry, Souly is very much a modern 21st century business. I believe my experience (reflected in this review) is a true reflection of their service and I reiterate my recommendation.

I pre-contacted Souly Funerals to understand the process and they kept my details. Once she did pass, I was met by Aleisha who made the formalities easy before taking Mum's remains away with care and respect.
Once Mum's Ashes were passed to us, Aleisha was there to advise on any further questions I might have.
As an immediate family we buried my Mum's ashes in a cemetery plot near to our home. No formality no fuss.
It is never easy losing a loved one - I was so pleased to have found Souly Funerals to help us through. Thank you.

Dad recently passed away and you were just as lovely to deal with as you were with mum.
Your ability to handle the people you are dealing with both professionally and empathetically is outstanding.
